Terms of service

Bulin 47 Freestyle AI turns your photo into a short AI-generated video in the style of the viral Bulin 47 freestyle trend. By making a video, signing in or buying credits you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to use the service.

The service is operated by MAKEANY TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, a company in Hong Kong ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@bulin47freestyleai.com.

Only upload a photo of yourself, or of someone who gave you permission to use it. Before each video you confirm this, and we keep a record of that confirmation. You may not upload photos of:

• anyone under 18;
• anyone who hasn't agreed to appear in the video.

You also may not use the service to impersonate anyone, to make videos that are sexual, harass or demean someone, or for political or deceptive content meant to make people think something real happened.

We may refuse a request, remove a video or close an account that breaks these rules, without refunding the credits used.

Each device may make one free 4-second preview, subject to network limits and daily availability. Full videos are generated separately from the same photos, so details may differ from the preview. Free previews have no cash value.

Full clips are paid for with credits, which you buy once in packs through Stripe. There is no subscription. Credits don't expire, have no cash value and can't be transferred.

If a video fails to generate, its credits go back to your balance automatically. Credits spent on a video that did generate aren't returned, even if you don't like the result.

Purchases are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If you were charged by mistake, email support@bulin47freestyleai.com and we'll sort it out.

You keep whatever rights you have in your photos. You give us permission to process them, and to send them to our AI video provider, only to make your videos. We delete photos and videos 30 days after they're uploaded or made, so download what you want to keep.

You may download your videos and post them on social media for personal, non-commercial use. Label them as AI-generated wherever the platform asks you to. You're responsible for the videos you post and for having permission from everyone in them.

Videos include the original audio of the viral clip they recreate. That audio belongs to its owners; we don't license it to you, and you may share your video only for personal, non-commercial use and under the rules of the platform you post on. We may remove or replace the sound at any time, including when a rights holder asks us to.

Results are made by an AI model and vary. A video may not look exactly like the people in your photos, and hands, clothes or other details can come out wrong. We can't promise any particular result.

Bulin 47 Freestyle AI is an independent fan tool. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, the original video's creators, TikTok or any music rights holders. Rights holders who want content removed can email support@bulin47freestyleai.com and we will respond promptly.

We provide the service as is and may change, pause or stop it at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the service after an update means you accept it.
